The Cellular Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the retail channel. This individual will identify new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer loyalty and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Manage sales data and analytics to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of sales experience in the wireless industry
  • Proven track record of sales success and customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales software
