About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Food Preparation
    • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers
    • Estimate food requirements to ensure efficient inventory management
    • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards
  • Kitchen Operations Management
    • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
    • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a hygienic environment
    • Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with our culinary team to achieve our goals
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless kitchen operations
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
