As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while working closely with restaurant managers and other team members to maintain standards and operational procedures.
This role reports to the Restaurant Manager, Assistant Managers, and Operations Coordinators. You will have direct interactions with the restaurant team, field operations team, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and package food and beverages
- Maintain health and safety standards in the workplace
- Unload and store inventory as needed
- Be punctual and regular in assigned work shifts
- Follow Burger King's uniform and hygiene standards
Requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Able to interact productively with customers and colleagues, and work effectively in a team
- Willing to learn all aspects of restaurant operations and work in multiple stations
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
