R-MAG 118 inc. is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service areas.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Food Preparation: Plan and prepare complete meals or individual dishes and foods, taking into account nutritional value and presentation.
- Kitchen Operations Management: Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, food storage, and kitchen maintenance.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our culinary goals and objectives.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Language: Fluency in French is required for this position.
This is a temporary position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. Gratuities and learning/training opportunities are available to our team members.
