About the Role

R-MAG 118 inc. is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Food Preparation: Plan and prepare complete meals or individual dishes and foods, taking into account nutritional value and presentation.
  • Kitchen Operations Management: Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, food storage, and kitchen maintenance.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our culinary team to achieve our food service goals.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in French is required.
Working Conditions

This is a temporary position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. Gratuities and learning/training opportunities are available.
