Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ramzi's Burger & Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast food outlet, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment
    • Work under pressure
