About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Timcourt Enterprises Ltd. as a Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 food service counter attendants and food preparers.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Supervise and check the assembly of trays, and establish work schedules.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of staff performance and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to work well in a team.
    • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
    • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
