Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Assistant Manager to join our team at Akma Holdings Incorporated. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure seamless hotel operations
  • Supervise and mentor a team of hotel staff to achieve exceptional service standards
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and training
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best rates and services for our hotel
  • Prepare and manage budgets to ensure financial stability and growth
  • Oversee maintenance activities to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests
  • Enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and quality
  • Address guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and improve hotel performance
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and coverage
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in hotel management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
