Hotel Assistant Manager Job Description

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Assistant Manager to join our team at Akma Holdings Incorporated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and lead a team of hotel staff, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality operations.
  • Operations and Administration: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily hotel operations, including budgeting, revenue management, and staff supervision.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment, promoting effective communication among team members.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and attention to detail.
