About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Assistant Manager to join our team at Akma Holdings Incorporated. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and manage a team of hotel staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality hotel operations.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve hotel efficiency and productivity.
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability and growth.
    • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for the hotel.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Hotel Operations
    • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel, ensuring that all facilities and equipment are in good working order.
    • Develop and implement business plans to drive hotel growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in hotel management or a related field
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and management skills
    • Strong financial management and analytical skills
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team
