Overview of the Role

Your Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will undertake essential administrative functions to ensure the efficient operation of the Vice Presidencies.

Key Duties Include:

  • Efficiently manage the calendars of the Vice President of Investment and the Vice President of Exports.
  • Assist both Vice Presidents in their engagements in presentations, meetings, and forums, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared by internal teams.
  • Facilitate the preparation of expense reports, contracts, and invoice management for both Vice Presidents.
  • Coordinate travel logistics for the Vice Presidents in partnership with travel agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Attend meetings as needed, and assist in editing texts, presentations, and various documents for the Vice Presidents.
  • Handle all confidential information related to the Vice Presidents with the highest level of discretion.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in an executive assistant role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and Concur is considered an asset.
  • Fluent in French, both spoken and written.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written, is an asset.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary for this position is set at $41,113.00.
