We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Services Coordinator to join our team at Commissionaires Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our field services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and assign field employees to fill staffing shortfalls and short-term contracts, adhering to policies and collective agreements.
  • Book off and on employees from the database, ensuring accurate scheduling and timekeeping.
  • Problem-solve situations concerning no call-no-shows, double bookings, and other operational concerns.
  • Process and assign new employees to entry-level field positions.
  • Monitor and support special events, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Authorize overtime to cover shifts and maintain optimal staffing levels.
  • Build and maintain schedule templates for respective sections.
  • Assist with pay processing, including overtime, reverse overtime, and timesheet management.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to employees and supervisors.
Requirements:
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to function with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Previous experience in a dispatcher or call center environment.
  • Intermediate-advanced computer skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Basic understanding of security requirements for special events.
  • Reliability security clearance (must hold or be able to obtain).
