Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems Inc. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support and training to our customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS).
Key Responsibilities- Software Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and support to new and existing customers on our DMS, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our software.
- Implementation and Onboarding: Assist customers with virtual training, online and on the phone, leading up to the implementation of our software. Additionally, provide onsite training and support as required.
- Process Development and Improvement: Continuously learn and develop an understanding of our software, processes, and data entry requirements. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring they are met or exceeded. Respond to internal and external training requests in a timely manner.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain accurate documentation and update processes as needed. Share knowledge with colleagues within the DTO team to ensure a cohesive and effective training experience.
- Experience: 1-2 years' experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment, or PBS is preferred.
- Education: High School Diploma.
- Skills: Computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, effective time management and organizational skills, strong multi-tasking and prioritization, and fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Travel: Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month, with a valid passport and/or US visa (if applicable) and a valid full-class driver's license.
