About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at TSMG Americas Inc. as a Department Head - Operations and Administration. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a strong background in administrative services, operations management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other related functions.
  • Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services and identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Manage knowledge and ensure that all staff members have access to relevant information and resources.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in operations management, administrative services, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a consulting firm or private sector organization.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, QuickBooks, MS Excel, MS Word, Google Drive, and other relevant software applications.
Work Environment

This is a hybrid role that requires working in an office environment and remotely. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
