Workday Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Total Rewards Program Analyst to join our team at Extendicare. As a key member of our Total Rewards team, you will play a critical role in the administration and analysis of our competitive total rewards programs.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and analyze total rewards programs to ensure they are innovative, compliant, cost-effective, and support Extendicare's Total Rewards strategy.
- Act as a subject matter expert, applying technical expertise to support the development, documentation, and maintenance of total rewards programs.
- Complete cost modeling and prepare compensation reports, presentations, and analysis for various stakeholders.
- Support the team with administration, research, data analytics, and modeling to further design, maintain, and improve total rewards programs.
- Gather and analyze total rewards data, complete cost modeling, and compile reports and documentation in preparation for collective bargaining negotiations.
- Work with service providers, facility leaders, and various teams to implement CBA changes related to total rewards.
- Assist and provide support in the annual compensation cycle, including market research, creating and administering merit increase data files, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the compensation process.
- Conduct and participate in total rewards surveys to support the ongoing development of our Total Rewards strategy.
- Help develop and implement ongoing benefit projects.
- Provide ongoing support to the Workday team to ensure a successful Workday implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or Commerce with a focus in Finance.
- Professional designation (CCP, CEBS, or other equivalent designation in progress or completed) would be considered an asset.
- Expert-level user of Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and advanced formulas.
- Ability to collect and analyze big data to thoroughly think through problems and situations and provide recommendations and input on solutions.
- Commitment to data integrity and initiative in continuous learning and development.
- Experience presenting information clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Solid knowledge of HRIS, preferably Workday.
