Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Quality & Master Data Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end technical development and deployment of Data Quality & Master Data implementation projects, encompassing solution architecture, Data Quality strategy development, effort estimation, design, and implementation.

  • Lead the design and execution of Data Quality & Master Data solutions, providing thought leadership and team guidance on client projects.
  • Contribute to the establishment of Data Management/Data Quality Centers of Excellence within our organization.
  • Demonstrate a strategic mindset while executing tactical tasks, including hands-on involvement when necessary.
  • Leverage strong technical writing skills to create essential Data Management and Data Quality program artifacts, such as strategies, documentation, and reports.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing Data Quality & Master Data solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
