Job Title: Practice Manager/Implementation Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager/Implementation Lead to join our team at SearchLabs. As a key member of our delivery department, you will be responsible for leading a team of implementation and support specialists, ensuring the successful delivery of technical solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of implementation and support specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of technical solutions.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively, ensuring the right people are working on the right projects at the right time.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to team members to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and clients, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Problem-Solving: Provide technical problem-solving and guidance to team members, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Education: Undergraduate degree in a STEM field or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2+ years of full-cycle people management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Skills: Solid understanding of project management techniques and methods, ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
