**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Project Implementation Specialist to join our team at Sienna Senior Living. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for supporting our hardware refresh project, configuring and deploying desktops and laptops for our team members, and migrating devices from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Configure and deploy new desktops and laptops to replace aging hardware for our team members
  • Migrate data and software to ensure a seamless transition
  • Keep an accurate and up-to-date inventory of hardware to track its life cycle and ensure timely replacement
  • Coordinate the purchasing and delivery of hardware to our sites across Canada
  • Provide support for Windows 11 and Microsoft Office Online
  • Imaging devices and migrating operating systems
  • Build rapport with communities, IT team, and service desk customers
  • Track and monitor end-user IT-related issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Install, maintain, manage, service, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, operating systems, desktop PCs, printers, and laptops issues
  • Play a role in managing Office 365, Active Directory, System Centre Configuration Manager, and other IT tools, as assigned

**Requirements**

  • Degree or Diploma in a Computer Related Field from a University, College, or Technical School
  • Experience in providing remote support in a Service Desk Environment, assisting users via phone, email, or in person
  • Superb attention to detail, time management, and organization skills
  • Licence to work in Canada or valid work/study permit
