**Job Summary**

Loblaw Companies Limited is a leading Canadian retailer dedicated to helping Canadians live well every day. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and organize activities, meetings, and events within the office or facility.
  • Maintain accurate records, track analytics, and create professional presentations.
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations team, handling mail, data entry, travel bookings, filing, and meeting support.
  • Offer exceptional customer service to resolve colleague questions and concerns.
  • Manage documentation and systems related to the Payroll Process on a daily basis.
  • Review reports to ensure accuracy in payroll.
  • Act as a liaison for colleagues' issues and assist with solutions.
  • Complete New Hire and Termination Processes.
  • Implement process changes as needed.
  • Enter and track vacation entitlements and schedules.
  • Compile and maintain reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Completion of an office administration program is an asset.
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred.
  • Previous exposure to payroll is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary.
  • Exceptional organization skills are an asset.
