- Monitor and control food costs, including inventory management and waste reduction.

- Plan and coordinate kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment and facilities are maintained in good working order.
- Manage kitchen staff schedules and rotas.

- Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education and Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
- Ability to train and develop staff.
