Program Management Leader

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Management professional to join our team. As a Manager, Program Management, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of our In-Service Support Program, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution of contracts, and fostering strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Program Management team to deliver the In-Service Support Program, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and customer expectations.
- Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure successful program execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to identify business opportunities and drive growth.
- Manage customer relationships, negotiate contracts, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and mentor program team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure the program remains competitive and compliant.
- 10+ years of experience in program management, with a minimum of 5 years in a large-scale military program.
- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP certification and/or a Master's degree in Project Management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
