Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Program Management to join our team. As a key member of the Program Management team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of an In-Service Support Program. You will provide leadership and positive influence, working collaboratively with the Customer and other internal and external stakeholders to identify projects' scope, timelines, and resources, determine and propose solutions, and deliver the products and services as agreed under the Contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and positive influence to the Program Management team
  • Work collaboratively with the Customer and other internal and external stakeholders to identify projects' scope, timelines, and resources
  • Determine and propose solutions to meet customer needs
  • Deliver the products and services as agreed under the Contract
  • Manage the cost, schedule, and technical performance of the Program
  • Participate in the negotiation of Contract and Contract changes
  • Coordinate the preparation of proposals, performance Statement of Work (SOW), and specifications
  • Manage budgets and terms & conditions during the transition to an SBCA (Sustainment Business Case Analysis) Contract with the customer
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in project/program management, of which 5+ years are in a large-scale military program
  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or other relevant fields
  • PMP certified and/or holds a Master Degree in Project Management
  • Personnel management experience is required
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French
  • Deep knowledge of Program management best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and change management skills
  • Team building/Communication skills
  • Consensus building, issue resolution/problem solving skills
  • Strong leadership and ability to influence
  • Dedication, commitment, and judgment
Eligibility Criteria
  • Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance
  • Must be eligible to meet the requirements for U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
