Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operations of the manufacturing facility, including production planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Lead a team of operations managers and supervisors to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Implement Lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve processes.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations leadership role.
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and implementation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to US and Europe for product and process training.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
