RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION CO-ORDINATOR

How would YOU like to be an integral part of the Kawartha Lakes Health Care Initiative (KLHCI)? We are seeking an individual to recruit family physicians for the City of Kawartha Lakes CKL). This is a full-time position. You will work out of Lindsay with frequent travel within and around CKL, and the Province of Ontario. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD INCLUDE:

- Recruitment and retention of family physicians;
- Liaising with the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care and community partners;
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, including budget and financial management;
- Maintaining public relations and fostering public awareness related to the recruitment and retention of family physicians;
- Providing support to KLHCI Board of Directors in fulfilling its mandate.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

- University or College degree in a related field preferred;
- Minimum of three (3) years related experience preferred;
- Demonstrated skills in leadership, teamwork, communications, social media, marketing, public relations, computer literacy and time management; self-motivation, energetic and innovative. A good working knowledge of CKL and its communities. A valid driver’s license and vehicle for travel.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
