About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Service Administrator to join our team in Courtenay, BC. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our Mobility and Accessibility Consultants/Technicians, ensuring seamless customer experiences for our valued clients, families, and community healthcare practitioners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide dedicated support to our team, including answering phones, scheduling technicians, and responding to emails and digitizing files.
  • Collaborate with the sales, purchasing, service, and administrative teams to drive efficiencies and improve business processes.
  • Work closely with the team to coordinate and prioritize sales leads, compiling data and setting up meetings.
  • Take ownership of the creation of quotes, orders, invoices, and various reports, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
  • Maintain client, rental, and inventory information using our Navision software and follow up with clients to confirm all paperwork is complete and accurate.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment or customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A clean criminal background check and bondability.
