Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting psychosocial assessments and providing adjustment therapy, supportive therapy, crisis counselling, and resource counselling
- Developing and implementing discharge plans and case management strategies
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care

About YouWe are seeking a candidate with:
- Strong counselling and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Knowledge of issues related to family violence, sexual abuse, addictions, grief and loss, end of life, disability, crisis intervention, caregiving, and continuum of care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while effectively planning, organizing, and supervising

HoursThis is a long-assignment full-time position, with approximately 75 hours bi-weekly. The successful candidate will be required to work a regular schedule, with occasional flexibility to meet the needs of the service.
