About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations and Strategy to join our team at Joe Johnson Equipment Innisfil. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources and training needed to succeed.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of operational expenses and revenues.
  • Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the business.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in operational management, with a proven track record of success in leading and managing teams.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to develop and implement operational strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
