Digital Product Delivery Lead

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking a seasoned IT Manager, Digital Product Delivery to spearhead the development and launch of innovative digital products, features, and experiences that align with our company's strategic objectives.

This role will be instrumental in enhancing the seamless integration between online and offline customer interactions, ultimately elevating guest satisfaction and driving business growth. The IT Manager will collaborate closely with a diverse range of teams, including Digital Delivery Leads, Product Owners, IT Security specialists, and external vendors, to ensure the successful implementation of cutting-edge digital capabilities across every stage of the customer journey.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and prioritize initiatives designed to accelerate the release of new features and functionalities.
  • Lead product increment planning sessions that are strategically aligned with overarching business goals.
  • Effectively manage resource allocation and planning for platform development teams.
  • Continuously explore emerging technology trends and assess their potential applicability to our operations.
  • Proactively resolve conflicts and remove any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in leading agile transformations within technology organizations.
  • A demonstrable track record of successfully delivering cross-functional programs utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (Information Technology preferred).
  • Relevant certifications in Agile/PMI project management are highly valued.
