About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Delivery Manager to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our Commercial Technology organization, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of new digital products, features, and experiences that align with our business priorities and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a digital product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products and features on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact product delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to ensure successful product delivery.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced environment leading agile transformation and successfully shipping large-scale, consumer products.
  • Proven track record in delivering cross-functional programs while leveraging Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Experience in delivering with internal and external product teams/stakeholders.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams with diverse profiles of people, processes, and priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or IT discipline (Computer Science).
  • Certifications in Agile/PMI.
