About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of new digital products, features, and experiences that align with our business priorities and strategies. This role will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team in shipping new development and continuous improvement opportunities across the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a digital product roadmap that aligns with business goals and objectives.
Lead a cross-functional team in delivering digital products and features that meet customer needs and expectations.
Collaborate with product owners, IT platform owners, and other stakeholders to prioritize and coordinate initiatives across the commercial technology stack.
Establish and maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including written and in-person updates on progress and issues.
Lead daily stand-ups, sprints, and retrospective meetings to drive team performance and improvement.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and resolve conflicts and obstacles that may arise.
Partner with product and platform owners to handle new requests and backlogs.
Create business specifications, process diagrams, and charts to provide direction to in-house teams and agency partners.
Requirements
5-7+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment leading agile transformation and shipping large-scale consumer products.
Proven track record in delivering cross-functional programs using Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Experience in delivering with internal and external product teams and stakeholders.
Experience working across cross-functional teams with diverse profiles of people, processes, and priorities.
Bachelor's Degree in Business or IT discipline (Computer Science).
Certifications in Agile/PMI.

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts offers a hybrid working model, with a requirement of 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario.
