Key Responsibilities:

- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing roles, with a focus on leadership and innovation.
- 2+ years of experience in team management and excellent social skills.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Strategic thinking skills, with creative judgment and a test & learn approach.
- Experience with marketing attribution models and reach x frequency.
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Enterprise Service Platform dashboards, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Braze, Movable Ink, and industry AI use cases.
