As a Construction Project Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing comprehensive construction management from the initial planning stages through to project completion, ensuring alignment with design, coordination, budget, and timeline alongside the Superintendent.
  • Generating consistent, timely, and precise billing for clients, while ensuring prompt payment for subcontractor invoices.
  • Engaging with clients and architects in a professional capacity, effectively communicating both the company's concerns and interests.
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and predicting project cost reports to ensure they align with estimates, while maintaining a healthy cash flow.
  • Facilitating project meetings with both internal and external stakeholders to support the ongoing development and progress of the team.
  • Providing project updates to the Area Manager and discussing project advancements and potential risks that require escalation.

Is this position a fit for you?

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in general construction, including excavation and shoring, underground utilities, and bridge and structure work both below and at grade.
  • Experience with structural piling or concrete projects is considered advantageous.
  • You possess the capability to mentor and delegate effectively to a large team while fostering and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • You hold CISD Secret clearance or are eligible to obtain it.
