Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure team success.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure project requirements are met and client satisfaction is achieved.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure project success and minimize potential losses.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in project management roles, with a proven track record of delivering complex construction projects.
  • Skills: Excellent budgeting and scheduling skills, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
