About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Premium Construction. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of subcontractors, planning and organizing daily operations, and ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinate the activities of subcontractors, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
    • Develop and implement project schedules and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Operations Management
    • Plan and organize daily operations, including resource allocation and task assignment.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures for quality control, safety, and risk management.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders, including project status, progress, and issues.
    • Communicate effectively with project team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration.
  • Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in CADD and other computer software systems.
