Premium Construction is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors' activities, planning and organizing daily operations, and ensuring the successful completion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and budgeting
  • Hire and supervise subcontractors as needed
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality construction
  • Manage budgets and track expenses
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Basic security clearance
  • Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) clearance Certificate
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
