Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Jokers Theatre and Comedy Club. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff
  • Set and manage staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs
  • Supervise and direct staff to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that customers have a positive experience
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that the restaurant is running efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
