Position Overview

The role of a Food Service Supervisor is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary team at RANDY'S PIZZA & DONAIR - LOWER SACKVILLE. This position requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in food service management.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules effectively.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Calculate and manage the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that all food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on operations.
  • Supervise the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
  • Create and manage work schedules for the team.
Supervision

This role involves supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
