About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at ANDALOS HOLDINGS LIMITED. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our culinary standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that our culinary establishment operates within budget.
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
    • Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring that all orders are accurate and fulfilled.
  • Administrative and Reporting
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
    • Prepare and submit reports, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
