Learning Development Consultant

Position Overview: As a Learning Development Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in conducting needs assessments and facilitating the creation, organization, and delivery of training programs. Your expertise will be crucial in mentoring and guiding team members while providing strategic advice to clients and partners in various development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to align with the business challenges faced by stakeholders.
- Execute feasibility studies, devise educational strategies, and perform cost-benefit analyses for development projects, proposing innovative solutions to enhance productivity and achieve desired outcomes.
- Design, develop, and pilot training solutions tailored to the organization’s objectives, ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Act as a key resource for collaborators and partners, presenting business solutions to management to demonstrate the value of training initiatives.
- Formulate and implement transfer strategies for distributors and support networks.
- Engage in negotiations with suppliers or partners and assist in drafting agreements for specialized programs.
- Contribute to the formulation of skills development and training standards and policies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of five years of pertinent experience.
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
- Fluency in both French and English is essential due to the nature of the role.
- Proficiency in Storyline, Camtasia, or video editing software.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office 360 suite.
