Learning Development Consultant

Position Overview:
As a Learning Development Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in conducting needs assessments and developing training programs tailored to organizational goals. Your expertise will guide and support team members, while you provide strategic advice to clients and stakeholders involved in developmental initiatives. You will be responsible for designing and refining training activities and implementing processes that enhance skill development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to align with the business challenges faced by partners, suppliers, and management.
- Execute feasibility studies, establish educational strategies, estimate required resources, and perform cost-benefit analyses for development projects. Propose innovative, needs-based solutions to optimize productivity and achieve desired outcomes.
- Design, develop, and pilot training solutions aimed at fulfilling organizational objectives while adhering to established standards.
- Act as a key resource for collaborators and partners, presenting business solutions to management to secure buy-in and demonstrate the value of training initiatives.
- Formulate and implement transfer strategies for distributors and support systems.
- Engage in negotiations with suppliers or partners and contribute to the development of agreements for specific programs.
- Participate in the creation of standards and policies related to skills development and training.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of five years of pertinent experience.
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
- Fluency in both French and English is essential due to the nature of the role and interactions with bilingual partners and clients.
- Proficient in using Storyline, Camtasia, or video editing software.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office 360 suite.
