Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk/Host to join our team at Dave & Buster's, Inc. As a Front Desk/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
  • Game and Merchandise Sales: Assist guests with game rentals and merchandise sales, providing information and making recommendations as needed.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, team members, and management to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate clear greetings, requests for assistance, and farewells to guests.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate the ability to calmly respond to dissatisfied guests and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Teamwork: Show a willingness to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and provide support as needed.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Physical Demands: Meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
