Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 front desk staff to achieve exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement effective work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Guest Services
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist guests with special requests and ensure their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
- Operations and Administration
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on guest interactions, staff performance, and operational metrics.
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked front desk area.
- Training and Development
- Train and develop front desk staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
- Coach and mentor staff to improve their performance and achieve operational excellence.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Personal Qualities
- Accurate and detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Dependable and organized with a strong ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
