Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 front desk staff to achieve exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
    • Develop and implement effective work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Guest Services
    • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assist guests with special requests and ensure their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Prepare and submit accurate reports on guest interactions, staff performance, and operational metrics.
    • Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked front desk area.
  • Training and Development
    • Train and develop front desk staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
    • Coach and mentor staff to improve their performance and achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Accurate and detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Dependable and organized with a strong ability to multitask.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
