  • Diagnose and resolve client issues, escalating more complex situations as needed.
  • Keep precise records of customer interactions and work collaboratively with colleagues to improve support processes.
  • Remain updated on product knowledge and industry developments to better serve our clients.
  • Anticipate client concerns and follow up to guarantee their satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer support or service position.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work autonomously or as part of a team.
