The TSSR will engage in customer-facing support, oversee projects, facilitate customer meetings, and work alongside global teams to resolve issues effectively. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills, along with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address hardware and application challenges related to medical testing devices
  • Conduct installations, maintenance, and repairs
