Position Title: Agile Team Coordinator

Position Overview:

  • Offer mentorship and assistance to agile teams
  • Craft operational guidelines and procedures
  • Establish and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
  • Design and oversee project timelines
  • Recognize and remove barriers faced by teams
  • Facilitate essential ceremonies
  • Encourage ongoing enhancement through constructive feedback
  • Relay project updates to relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master role
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Certification in agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with agile project management software
