Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team in the Montreal office. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in guiding teams in adopting effective agile processes and promoting continuous improvement. Your proactive approach will ensure clear communication of project status to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and guide scrum teams in the adoption of agile processes
  • Create standard operating procedures
  • Assist with setting and measuring KPIs and performance metrics
  • Assist with creating and maintaining project timelines
  • Create project plans and sprint documentation
  • Identify and remove team obstacles
  • Facilitate standard ceremonies
  • Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Hold a university degree in a field related to IT
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Certification in Agile methodologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps
