**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Scrum Master to join our team at American Iron & Metal. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in guiding our teams in adopting effective agile processes, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring clear communication of project status to stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Facilitate and guide scrum teams in the adoption of agile processes, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient workflow.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, ensuring consistency and quality across teams.
- Assist in setting and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics, driving data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with teams to create and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
- Design and implement project plans and sprint documentation, ensuring clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Identify and remove obstacles hindering team progress, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Facilitate standard ceremonies, promoting transparency and open communication among team members.
- Lead retrospectives and feedback sessions, driving growth and improvement through constructive dialogue.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring informed decision making and alignment.
**Requirements**
- Hold a university degree in a field related to IT or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of successful agile implementation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Certification in Agile methodologies, with a deep understanding of Scrum principles and practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, driving alignment and achieving shared goals.
- Experience with Agile project management tools, such as Azure DevOps, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
