American Iron & Metal is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team in Montreal. As a key member of our Agile team, you will be responsible for guiding teams in adopting effective agile processes and promoting continuous improvement. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring clear communication of project status to stakeholders and identifying and removing team obstacles. Key responsibilities include facilitation and guidance for scrum teams, creation of standard operating procedures, and communication of project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Qualifications include a university degree in a field related to IT, minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, and excellent oral/written communication skills in French and English. Certification in Agile methodologies and experience with Agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps are also required. This is a permanent position with a hybrid work arrangement situated at the AIM Montreal-Est office location.
