Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Job Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, developing financial models, and tracking variances for the Procurement revenue portfolio. This role will act as a strategic partner to the Procurement team, providing financial guidance and support to Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial plans and models to support business decisions
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the Procurement team to ensure financial plans are aligned with business objectives
- Develop and communicate periodic variance analyses to Management
- Create financial dashboards with key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress
- Identify and mitigate financial risks and operational inefficiencies
- Present financial performance and dashboards to Management
- Conduct cost analysis and collaborate with the business to improve cost efficiency
- Develop financial models as needed to support business decisions
- Collaborate with accounting and operations to ensure expenses are aligned with the plan
- Support or lead special projects as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA designation required
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Strategic, innovative, proactive thinker
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, bilingualism required
- Expertise in business analysis and financial modeling
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
The successful candidate will provide support to clients in and out of the country, necessitating proficiency in English.
