Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

Tecsys is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior FP&A professional to join our team. If you have a strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, along with a CPA designation and experience in a service-oriented organization, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- FP&A Support: Provide ongoing financial planning and analysis support, acting as a trusted business partner by turning data into actionable insights.
- Monthly Analysis and Reporting: Support the FP&A team with monthly analysis and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, including cost, resource, business case, and special project analysis.
- Business Trend Identification: Identify business trends and gaps, offering recommendations to senior management.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes by leveraging current software tools.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis and Projects: Assist in various ad-hoc analyses and projects, focusing on strategic growth and initiatives.
- Control Framework and Efficiency: Play a key role in the control framework while driving efficiency and continuously reviewing operating expenses against budget.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in an FP&A role within a service organization (preferably in a software company).
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field of study.
- Highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar planning tools.
- Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues beyond the province of Quebec.
